Domaine Chapel Beaujolais-Villages

A blend of several parcels from the mountainous villages of Lantignié and Régnié-Durette. 

The average altitude of the east and southeast facing parcels is 380 meters. The shallow soils are mainly composed of sandy “gore” from decomposed-pink-granite. The average vine age ranges between 40 & 50 years old.

Whole cluster; Semi-carbonic maceration about 10 days, indigenous yeast.

In fiber for an average of 7 months. Un-fined and unfiltered.
